Delivery & Cancellations

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email that you provided during checkout (if you do not see this right away it may be in your junk folder, this can happen if it is the first time that you have received an email from us).

On receipt of your order, we will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for dispatch. Once confirmed, we then send your order to the delivery team to schedule delivery with you. If there is any delay such as an item which is on back-order, we will contact you to let you know. At which point you can opt to accept delivery as soon as the product is available, choose an alternative product, or indeed request a full refund.

Order Delivery:

Standard delivery includes a free curbside delivery service to UK Mainland. We recommend having somebody present at the time of delivery who is able to assist you with bringing your order into your property if it is a large item.

Assuming your order is in stock and available for dispatch, your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Premium delivery is available on selected products, and is usually carried out by a 2 person team (dependent on the size and weight of the order) and includes delivery to the ground floor of the property. Please ensure that there is a clear access route which is free from obstruction, this is to allow the delivery person(s) to situate your order in your chosen location.  

Assuming your order is in stock and available for dispatch, your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Confirming your delivery:

You will be contacted by the delivery team to confirm a delivery date, this is to ensure that you are available to take delivery of your order. If at this point the delivery is not convenient, the delivery can be re-arranged. If delivery is attempted on the agreed date and it fails for any reason that is outside of our suppliers, our delivery partners, or our control, we reserve the right to charge the re-delivery cost.  


We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items.

If you discover that an item has been damaged this must be reported within 3 days of delivery, please send clear photos of the damaged items to so that we can notify our supplier.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and must not have been used or installed.

We reserve the right to to return to you (the buyer), at their expense, any product which is not as described at the time of the request for collection. 

Order Cancellations:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.

Any order cancelled or amended after 12pm prior to the estimated delivery date may be subject to a 25% cancellation charge/administration fee.

Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information about returns.
